The International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks (Vienna Classification)

The International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks (Vienna Classification) is an international classification set up by an Agreement concluded at a Diplomatic Conference held in Vienna in 1973 and established under the Vienna Agreement. It contains 29 groups of graphic elements and their symbols used during the classification of trademarks. Vienna classification is available on the Polish Patent Office website.
