The International (Nice) Classification of Goods and Services

The International (Nice) Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks was established by an Agreement concluded at the Nice Diplomatic Conference, on June 15, 1957. The Nice Classification consists of 34 classes of goods and 11 classes of services where goods and services are arranged in the alphabetical order. Search of trademarks may be limited to the specific class of Nice classification. Nice Classification is available on the Polish Patent Office website.
